When using electronic devices as smart phones, the frequency of blinking is reduced by 40%, and staring closely into the screen increases the chances of gaining eye related syndromes as CVS (Computer Vision Syndrome) or xerophthalmia.
A VR game was produced to counteract these conditions by prompting eye exercises.
The player who is chasing, uses VR to find the target (the locations of other players on the run) by moving their eyes and neck around.
If the chaser stares into one spot for more than a certain period of time, an alarm sets off with a distortion of vision making it much more difficult to play the game.
These implementations help the eyes to exercise. In the long run, it is prospected to help prevent eye syndromes.
Two runners play on exterior monitors and game pads whilst only the person chasing can use the VR device. The player can choose 4 sides of directions through staring.
The runners may hide away from the stares, in the shadows of objects.
The game ends when either the chaser catches all the other runners, or the runners collect all of the keys
